Music and Adventure
Groove Kid Nation is an animated music education program for children ages 3 – 6 years old.
In each episode, the Groove Kids board the Groove Train, which acts as their tour bus, carrying their instruments and transporting them to exciting musical venues and adventures. Each episode has a challenge for the Groove Kids who love putting their music and problem solving skills together. When a friend is in need, their unwavering can-do attitude overcomes the challenges and empowers the characters around them. At the end of each episode, the Groove Kids and their friends have a fun jam session to celebrate their love of music and friendship!
Featured Instrument
Each episode will feature an instrument and showcase the music genre related to that instrument. (ie. The Groove Kids travel to play a bluegrass music festival in Kentucky and feature a banjo.) Our expert Groove Kid teaches the viewers about the history of the instrument and demonstrates how it is played.
Live Action
As a bonus feature, each episode ends with a live action segment of Rodney Lee and a celebrity musician demonstrating the instrument highlighted in the show.

Groove Kid Nation strives to encourage positive self expression and life long love of music.
Social Emotional Education
As parents of preschool and elementary aged children, the creators of GKN set out to create a program to nurture creative and confident citizens.
